General

1.I do not accept commission requests from people under 18
2.I reserve the right to deny any commission.
3.I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. Depending on the progress, you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.
4. When you're in the waitlist/queue, you can exit the queue for no reason. But you have to let me know that you're not going to commission with me.
5.You are responsible for ensuring that your device can run the content you commissioned from me. When I deliver the files, you will not be refunded because your device is unable to run some of the model's functions.

Payment

1. All payments are made via paypal invoices and in USD. Do not send money without getting an invoice from me first.
2. All payments must be made prior to me starting work. for illustrations you have to send 100% of the total amount.
3. In the case of vutber models can be sent the Either 50% or 100% upfront. but in case of paying only %50 in advance . The other 50% can be paid at a later date, but must be paid before I send out any files
 

CHARGRBACKS & REFUNDS

Please read the information carefully to make sure you’re aware of all TOS.

 

USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning you agree to all stated TOS.

All commissions are digital goods, meaning I will never ship out anything physical to you. The digital goods will be sent to you via a download link.

After I have started work on your commission, only partial refunds are allowed based on the progress of the work. I will refund the money to the client if I have not started working on the commission yet, or if I can not deliver the finished product for whatever reason. However the refund might not be the full amount because of paypal fees.

There are no refunds for completed commissions
 

CPYRIGHT AND CREDITING

1. The client is responsible of making sure they hold the rights of ownership of their characters. Meaning the client will not use stolen characters or designs to commission me.
2. I reserve the right to post my work on social media with credits to the client or use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints)
3. The client has to credit me and link back to my twitter as the artist in case the client posts my work publicly.
4.The client is responsible to credit me and link back to my twitter as their live2d artist/rigger in their twitter and twitch bio.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

1. All Live2D commissions come with commercial licenses
2. â€‹In illustration The final product is for personal use ONLY (upload it to your websites, decoration, pfp, etc.).
3. Any commissions that do not come with a commercial license are forbidden to be used commercially, meaning the client is not allowed to reproduce and sell my artwork
4. A commercial license can be purchased and is usually x2 the original price, but may change depending on the circunstances.
5. Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise mysel and the client still has to credit me for it.

NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

1. I retain the right to post any commission I work on on social media, unless the client wishes to pay an NDA fee. Meaning I will refrain from posting anything about the client's commission until after their debut or until the client gives me their ok. The client still needs to credit me for my work even with a NDA license purchased.

REVISIONS

1.Check my work before ordering, look at my painting, my anatomy, the way i draw face and how i use color,  those things make my style and i can´t change anything that affects my style. i don´t do commissions like "oh! can you make my oc with the style of sakimichan"? i can´t change my way of drawing either. if my style doesn´t convince you %100 i invite you to look for an artist who can do everything you want.
ANY CHANGES THAT INTERFERE WITH MY STYLE WILL BE REJECTED.
2. FREE CHANGES ONLY APLY TO SITUATIONS SUCH AS:

→  I FORGOT SOMETHING.

→  I DID SOMETHING WRONG OR DIFFERENT.

→  YOU ASKED ME FOR RED AND I USED GREEN.

3. And for minor changes whit cost, after approving the sketch/having delivered the finished order as minor color changes if i used the correct. any extra thing, like suddenly wanting to make a clothing change, diferent color, pose, expression, variations and things that were not in the outline, has an extra cost.
4. In the case of rigging I will fix and revise for free as long as the client's requests are feasable and were made in a timely manner. The usual revision/fixing period occurs after I sent out the model to the client for testing. If the client finds anything to be revised months after completing the project, I may charge a revision fee
 

TIME

1. Illustration usually can take from less than a week to more than 2 weeks to do, I’ll always try to get it as soon as I can (depends on the complexity of the order)
2. VTubers commissions can take from 1 to 2 months (depends on the complexity of the order)
3. Commissions are placed in order of payment, if you paid first, your commissions will be made first.
4. if you want your commission as fast as possible and want to skip shift, an extra cost will be added, There are only 1 slots for this type of order. (an additional 30% of the total amount of the order will be charged.)

CREDITS

1. Please credit me as your model artist/ rigger on the platform where you use your model for content creation or streaming.
2. Do not use my work for any type of AI learning.
3. For Model art commissions, The model cannot be sold to other without my permission.
